Bonnie Tea Rose BSpPS AYSF 97/16

British Spotted Pony

called «Rose»
Foaled 23 March 1997, 13.3 hh, few spot leopard

Sire:Haw Merlin Brich BSpPS S87/3&WPBR 3501
Dam: Mistress of Robes BSpPS F83/4

Rose is a very charismatic mare. She has a fairy-like appearance, owing to her particular colour and her floating movement. But appearances can be deceptive - Rose is very down-to-earth. She is self-assured an rather impish. She is intelligent, active, attached to humans and level headed. She is very talented for classical dressage; she is well balanced, has a wonderful self-carriage and tremendous movements. Rose is well bred, combining top Riding Pony and old British Spotted Pony-bloodlines. She is by the outstanding multiple champion Haw Merlin Brich (Basford/Cusop breeding) of the renowned Haw Stud in Cornwall. Rose's dam, the spotted mare Mistress of Robes, was put in foal on request of Bonnie Ponies Stud and was then imported to Switzerland. Rose is a few spot leopard and hence will always throw spotted foals to solid coloured stallions. Rose's first foal Bonnie Duke of Newcastle by Harwoods Simple Simon was a striking leopard spotted colt. He has been licensed stallion and has a promising future ahead of him. Rose is a real asset to our stud.
Rose is registered in the Britsh Spotted Pony Society stud book and in the Spotted Pony stud book of the Swiss Pony Society SVPK.
